On April 10, Geochang-gun announced that it had signed a contract with Galaxy Parking Systems Pvt. Ltd., a parking system company in India, at the Elevator Safety Technology Institute.to revitalize exports and strengthen mutual cooperation.
This agreement was carried out as a four-party agreement between Geochang-gun, Elevator Safety Technology Institute, Geochang Elevator Export Co., Ltd., and Galaxy Parking Systems of India, and it contains the contents of establishing a cooperative system to expand overseas sales channels and strengthen export competitiveness of local small and medium-sized companies, such as △administrative support related to exports, △sharing of elevator safety technology information, and △providing advice and information to companies wishing to advance overseas.
Geochang-gun is in a position to spare no administrative and institutional support so that excellent companies in the area can expand their export bases centered on the Indian market with this agreement. In addition, the Elevator Safety Technology Institute plans to play a technical role to create a practical export base such as product certification and technology verification.
“This MOU is a meaningful opportunity to confirm the possibility of local elevator companies entering the global market,” said Gu In-mo, head of the military, adding, “We will continue to provide various support to local companies with excellent technology and growth potential so that they can achieve practical results in overseas markets.”
Meanwhile, GS Parking (CEO Cho so-hyun), a participating company of Geochang Elevator Export Co., Ltd., signed an export contract worth $660,000 with Galaxy Parking Systems of India on the same day and signed an MOU promising exclusive cooperation in each other’s countries for the next five years, laying a bridgehead to preemptively target the Indian export market.
GS Parking, located in Geochang Elevator Best Valley, expects to apply its parking system technology to new projects in India, thereby significantly strengthening its competitiveness in the overseas export market through manufacturing outsourcing sales, establishment of exclusive partnerships, and mutual exchange of technology and human resources in India.
